Commission Structure

FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE COMMISSION

Commission amounts to 12.5% of the gross monthly rent, premium, or other money payable throughout the fixed term agreement, plus VAT at the prevailing rate.

Commission Example

Based on £1,000 per calendar month:

£1000 × 12.5% = £125.00

VAT (20%) = £25.00

Total payable: £150.00 per month
